Biogaz IFF optimizes the efficiency of its methanization unit with Biogaz-IA

One of the major challenges is to avoid the flaring of excess biogas, often caused by network saturations or a lack of foresight. At the same time, scrubbers, essential for
valorization of biogas, are very energy-intensive, directly impacting the profitability of installations. Faced with these challenges, Biogaz-IFF sought a solution capable of optimizing its methanization unit in real time. The objective: to better manage the production and injection of biogas, to reduce unnecessary consumption and to adapt dynamically to network conditions. With this in mind, the operator turned to the Biogaz-IA® solution, developed by Nevezus and Purecontrol.
